On-site walkthrough
We walk the property with you, note power access and mounting points, and get a feel for how the site reads from the street.

Written proposal & design
Renderings and a fixed seasonal price, in a format you can hand to a board or a finance team. Insurance certificates on request.

Scheduled install
Off-hours or overnight where it matters. Timers set to your hours, cords managed, site left clean.

Season-long service
One number to call. Outages and storm damage handled same day or next, at no extra charge.

Takedown & storage

Are you insured? +
Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage and will provide certificates of insurance for your property file or board records on request. We’re also a veteran owned and operated business, which some organizations track for vendor reporting.
Can you install outside of business hours? +
Yes. Early morning, evening, and overnight installs are standard for retail and office sites so we’re not in the way of customers or employees.
How far ahead should we book? +
Earlier than most people expect. Our installs begin October 1 and October is usually about 80% booked before it starts, so summer is the right time to scope commercial and HOA work. September is often still possible; by November, dates are tight.
Do you present to HOA boards? +
We do. We’ll come to a board meeting with renderings and a fixed seasonal price so the whole board is looking at the same thing before a vote.
Who owns the lights? +
We do — they’re part of the service. You have nothing to purchase, inventory, repair, or store.
